Bad light is the best teacher.

In clubs you don't have good light. You have a red bulb, smoke, movement and people who aren't waiting for you. That's exactly where you learn to photograph - because you have nothing to rely on but your eye and your reflex.

These years taught me to catch the moment, not to arrange it. When you've learned in the dark, good light becomes a luxury, not a condition.
